Jacob stands with his hands folded in front of his waist, envisioning his bride before she arrives momentarily. He has done a lot with these hands that hold still, softly gripping one another. He can solve a Rubik’s Cube in less than a minute. Also, a trained magician, he is no stranger to sleight of hand. His hands may be the most expressive part of him, but nothing was more impressive than these palms getting Jennifer to accept them with hers in the name of marriage. This Nashville wedding was spectacular!
Puppy love. Yeah, that high school sweetheart affection, that old school first crush feeling, those butterflies in your tummy type love. That’s Jennifer and Jacob in a nutshell. They met early and never wanted to part. Even though, at times, distance stood between them, their love never wavered. They grew up and matured apart from each other, and they grew together without really having to try. It just kind of happened, and that is part of the beauty of Jennifer and Jacob.
Not that Jennifer’s father is keeping count, but if you ask him how long it has been since he was not the only significant man in his daughter’s life, he might be able to tell you precisely, down to the minute. His sweet toast to his beloved daughter was certainly one of the many highlights of the entire day.
Jennifer and Jacob, thanks for having us capture your special day. From reuniting with old friends to watching you two tie the knot, we loved it all! Your Nashville wedding was one for the ages! We can’t wait to watch you two continue to grow, and we look forward to seeing your adventures to come!
